How do I return my goods?

It's easy, there is a free returns label at the bottom of the delivery note enclosed with your order. Simply send back your goods using the label (to Eric Hill Returns, FREEPOST, Clientbase Fulfilment, Carriage House, Forde Road, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4EY). We would suggest that you request a 'proof of posting' from the Post Office.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is £4.00 to a UK address. For the UK Mainland only we can dispatch it by courier for express next day (Monday to Friday) delivery at a cost of £9.95.

For UK customers, returns are FREE, and if you exchange an item we'll send the replacement to you free of delivery charges.

Free returns are only available from/within the UK.

Can you deliver outside the UK mainland?

Yes, delivery costs £15.00 to anywhere in the world.

How long will my goods take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 1pm, provided its in stock; if there is any urgency please confirm your requirements at the time of your order. For Royal Mail dispatch we would ask customers to wait 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
